THE SCORECARD

Make it count.

1 Yuko: Punch to the body or head.
2 Wazari: Kick to the body.
3 Ippon: Kick to the head or a downed opponent.

90 seconds. An eight-point lead ends the match immediately.

Tied at the bell? Most Ippons wins, then most Wazaris. If all three are equal, it's a draw.

Blue announces an attack before striking. Guard the matching target, or back out of range. Head kicks take longer to recover from. Blocking is unavailable while recovering from an attack.
